This Project is an example of MFB’s unique talent of engineering, creativity and relationship building. The original Sagaponack property consisted of a small 180 year old farmhouse, chicken coup, and other agriculture structures. Working hand and hand with the Sagaponack Village Architectural Review Board, MFB picked up, moved, and restored the original farmhouse to the front corner of the property. We then built a spectacular 9000 sq foot modern barn vehicular with 10 bedrooms, 11 baths, Elevator and movie theater. The 2 structures were connected with an underground tunnel. The backyard consisted of a pool, spa, pool house, various pergolas and a sunken tennis court. The house was on the market for less than a month before being sold to a NY family.
